There is no refund or credit for late arrival, leaving early, not showing up or rescheduling/canceling within a 24 hour period. If you need to completely cancel your service for a full refund minus the cancellation/processing fee of $25 you need to email/contact us at least 1 week before your service.
Students must provide signed LearnToSurfHawaii.com Liability Form. Learn To Surf Hawaii reserves the right to not teach potential students if the signed liability form is not brought to the beach. Therefore, the cancellation policy will be enforced.
Learn To Surf Hawaii is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation of any cancelled airfare or for costs incurred to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness/sickness.
Surf Lessons for individuals and groups that are booked in advance may have a cancellation fee of up to $100. Further group lessons fall under the same cancellation fee as stated in the first paragraph.
Partial or full refunds on surf packages and gift certificates are not available after 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event of canceling a package or gift certificate, a $100 fee will apply. In addition, surf packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase and gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless discussed otherwise.
